Bakers Bite

We are over in Raj Nagar, specifically at D-7 in Sector-10. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this part of town gets quite busy during the day. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. Most mornings start early before the sun is even fully up because the ovens need time to get going. It’s a simple shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside, but we keep it clean. People usually find us just by walking past on the street. Sometimes the fans are humming loud, and you can smell the flour in the air. We spend a lot of time just organizing the racks and making sure everything is in its place. The neighborhood has changed some over the years, with more cars and more people moving through, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us here doing the work. Usually, there’s a stack of boxes near the door waiting to be filled. It’s mostly about the routine of it all, getting things ready and waiting for the first person to stop by. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a local spot where we know the names of the folks who live in the nearby blocks. It's dusty on the road sometimes, but inside we just focus on the heat of the kitchen and the day's tasks. There is always a lot of washing to do at the end of the shift too.
