Our place is at M-51A in Nehru Nagar. It’s a straightforward clothing shop without any extra fuss. We deal mostly in women’s fashion and have been at this same spot for several years now. Nehru Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside the shop window. We aren't a big chain or a franchise. It’s just us and a couple of local helpers who keep things moving. We try to have a good mix of stuff so that when someone comes in, they actually find something they like. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who come in. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about knowing what the local women prefer to wear. Some days the shop is a bit disorganized because we’ve been showing too many clothes and haven't had any time to pack them back into the boxes. We don't have a professional decorator. We just put the clothes where they fit. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still manage to find us easily enough. It’s a lot of work to stay open seven days a week, but that’s what we do to keep going. We get our stock from different places and try to keep the variety high. It’s a simple setup. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a piece of cloth is good quality, it usually speaks for itself. We’ve seen many other shops open and close nearby, but we’re still here at our same old spot.
