Out here in Indirapuram, specifically Niti Khand-I, things are always moving fast. We are 361 Krishi Engineering and we handle the mechanical side of farming. Being in Ghaziabad, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Our place at 144 is where we keep the tools and do the repairs. It is not a shiny showroom. When a machine breaks down, it’s a big problem for a farmer, so we try to get things sorted out as quickly as we can. Some days are longer than others, especially when a lot of equipment comes in at once. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain things. If it’s broken, we look at it and try to fix it. The roads around here can be a mess with traffic, but we manage to get our services out to where they are needed. It is a lot of hands-on work. Most of us have been working with machines for years. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the engineering side of the local farms keeps running without too many hiccups. It’s a basic business for basic needs.
