New Gyan Bharti Public School

Our school is over in Sherghati, located in the Garibanpuri Colony area of Gaya. The address is 824211. New Gyan Bharti Public School is a local place for the children around here to get their basic education. It’s not a massive campus like the ones you might see in the big cities. Instead, we have a few simple rooms and a small outdoor area where the kids can run around a bit during their breaks. The morning usually starts with everyone gathering in the small courtyard for assembly. It gets a bit noisy with all those young voices, but that’s just how a school is supposed to sound. We’ve been in Garibanpuri Colony for some time now, so almost all the families in the neighborhood know us. We don't have a fleet of fancy buses. Most kids just walk from their houses or get dropped off by their parents on their way to work. The teachers here are just regular people from the local community who want to help the kids learn how to read and write properly. We follow the standard school books and keep a regular schedule. The classroom walls have some colorful drawings made by the students themselves. It’s a simple building with no fancy stuff. We just try to keep things organized so the school day goes smoothly for everyone. Sherghati is a quiet enough place, and we just fit right into the daily life of the colony. It’s our local school.
