Yatendra Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Village Nagla Gangee. This is near the Post Awagarh in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. We are a small group of local farmers. Most of us have lived in Nagla Gangee our whole lives. We decided to set up this company to help ourselves with the farming work. Firozabad is our home and we know the land here very well. Our office isn't anything special. It’s just a room in the village where we handle our papers. The 283204 area is where we are located. We spend most of our time outdoors in the fields. Farming is a lot of work and it depends on the seasons. We wanted a way to buy seeds and other things as a group. It makes things a bit cheaper for everyone involved. We don't have any big marketing plans or polished speeches. We just talk about the crops and the soil like we always have. Being a producer company helps us stay organized. It’s a very local thing for the people around Awagarh. We are just regular people trying to make the farm pay. Sometimes it's hard, but having the company helps us feel a bit more secure. We keep things straightforward and we don't use complicated words. It’s just about working the land and helping each other out in the village. We take it one day at a time and do our best.
