Being in a plaza means we are surrounded by other small businesses, which makes for a busy atmosphere every day. We focus on the agro-green side of things, so we’re often talking about sustainable ways to handle farming and produce. Our office in Shyam Plaza is where we do all the coordination. It’s not a huge space, and it usually has a bit of a cluttered look with all the catalogs and paperwork we have to keep track of. Meerut is a bustling city, and getting to the office can sometimes be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the main roads. We don't have any corporate polish or fancy mission statements to show off. We’re just a small group of people who wanted to start something useful in the agro sector. Some days we spend more time on the phone than anything else, trying to track down supplies or talk to clients. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s basically our break room. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or a shiny office. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business moving forward. If you’re ever in Hafijabad, you can find us there in the plaza, just working away like everyone else.
