If you go to Gopal Nagar and look for Krishna Kumar Yadav’s place, you will find V S Y Producer Company Limited. We have been working out of this location for a bit now, and it serves its purpose well enough. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. It is just a functional space where we can gather the local farmers and talk about our crops. We have a lot of folders stacked up and some maps of the local fields on the wall. It’s a bit disorganized at times, especially when everyone comes in at once during the peak season, but we manage to get through it. We aren't professional managers or anything; we are just people who know the land and want to do something together. We spend a lot of time trying to figure out the logistics of moving goods and getting the right supplies for everyone. It is not always easy, and sometimes we run into problems with the transport or the weather, but that is just part of the job.
