Suvi Sewing Machine

E 168, Sector 7 is where you can find Suvi Sewing Machine. We have a lot of different machines packed into this space. Some are old and some are a bit newer. We spend almost all of our time fixing them or showing people how to thread them properly. It is a small shop, so there are needles and spools of thread all over the worktables. Sometimes the floor gets covered in lint and scrap fabric. We deal with professional tailors and also people who just sew as a hobby at home. Sector 7 is a busy place, and we seem to fit right in. If a motor burns out or a needle breaks, we usually have the right part sitting on a shelf. It is not a glamorous job. My hands are always oily from touching the gears. We open up early most days to get a head start. People bring in machines that have been sitting in a cupboard for years and haven't worked in ages. We try to get them running again. It involves a lot of sitting still and looking at very small parts under a lamp. The light in here isn't always the best, but we manage to get the work done. Suvi Sewing Machine has been around for quite a bit. We don't do any advertising. People just find us at E 168 by word of mouth. It is just a simple, practical shop for people who need their machines fixed.
