Our place is over in Sector-64 at A-66. It’s one of the quieter parts of the sector compared to some of the others, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. Rockwell Automation India (P) Ltd has been around for a while, and this office is where we handle a lot of the technical side of things. We deal with automation, which basically means we help machines do their jobs better. The office is pretty standard—lots of desks, some lab space for testing out equipment, and too many cables everywhere. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything. It’s just a group of engineers and support staff trying to make sure everything works like it's supposed to. Some days are spent entirely on site visits, but mostly we are right here. We’ve got a routine down, and it works for us. It’s a busy environment but not in a stressful way, more like a steady pace of work. We handle a lot of different projects, and no two days look exactly the same. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it’ll take. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We aren't here to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to get the engineering right and make sure our clients are satisfied with the results.
