We are based out of B-26 in Ecotech-3 Extension-1. The name is Metropolitan Infrabuild Development And Services Pvt. Ltd., which is a bit of a mouthful, so most people just know us by where we are located. Our day-to-day involves a lot of planning and managing different building projects. Being in an industrial area like Ecotech means there is always something going on nearby. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep the files and meet up before heading out to different sites. We spend a lot of time on the road or looking at drawings. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but that’s just how development goes. We deal with the practical side of things, making sure structures get built and services are running like they should. We don't use much flowery language because the work speaks for itself. It’s about getting the foundation right and following through on the plans. Sometimes things get delayed by weather or supplies, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen this part of the extension grow quite a bit. There’s a lot of dust and noise around here, but it feels like progress. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything organized. It’s a small team here at B-26, but we know what we’re doing and we get it done.
