Barksdale India is located at Sf-43 in the Ansal Fortune Arcade over in Sector-18. This is one of the busiest parts of the area, and the Arcade is always full of people shopping or heading to different offices. Our office is on the second floor, and it’s a pretty functional space. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s just a place where we get our work done. We deal with various industrial controls and components, so there are often samples and boxes sitting around near the desks. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people at the main plants. Sector-18 can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise and the crowds, but it’s a convenient place to be based. You can find anything you need within a five-minute walk. Sometimes the parking in the Arcade is a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early or use public transport. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep up with our orders and make sure the business stays on track day by day. Most of our visitors are just technicians or delivery guys, so we don't worry about keeping everything perfectly polished. We focus on the parts.
