Our place is D-209 in Sector-10. It’s a standard industrial block, nothing that would catch your eye if you were just driving past. We do flexipack work, so there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of plastic and ink in the air. It’s a bit of a maze in this sector, and people often call us for directions because the street signs aren't great. Inside, it’s mostly just the production floor and a small corner for the office staff. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are running and that the rolls are packed correctly. It’s a repetitive job sometimes, but someone has to do it, and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. The team here is mostly local folks who live nearby. We share a lot of laughs during the breaks, and we try to help each other out when things get hectic. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just want to get the orders out on time so we can go home to our families. Some days the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop where we try to do things right without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar.
