Out here in Bahoshi village, things revolve around the water and the land. S.Saanvi Fish Farmer'S Producer Companylimited was started because a few of us felt we were getting the short end of the stick. We run things from Singh Farms right here in Kannauj. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but the work is heavy. We keep the books at the farm and try to keep up with the rules. Kannauj is a good place for this kind of work. The company name is a bit long, but it’s what we put on the papers. Mostly, we just think of ourselves as the same group of neighbors we’ve always been. We just have a shared bank account and a formal name now to make things official.
