Soilsee Farmer Producer Company Limited

The Soilsee Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Bhudarsu Bhansa in Mathura. Kamal Singh is the one who handles a lot of the coordination, and we use his place as our main address. Mathura is a place with a lot of history, but for us, it is just the place where we work the ground every day. We came up with the name Soilsee because it felt like it fit what we do—watching the soil and making sure it stays healthy enough to give us a good crop. We are not a big outfit with lots of money. We are just local people who have lived in Bhudarsu Bhansa our whole lives. Farming is a gamble, and we figured that if we joined up, we might have a better chance of winning once in a while. We talk about the basics like manure, water pumps, and what the weather man is saying on the news. There isn't any marketing talk here, just plain English about how to get things done. We do our own loading, our own planning, and our own worrying. It's a simple life in many ways, but it's also quite stressful when the crops are at risk from bugs or bad weather. We aren't looking to expand across the country; we just want to do right by our own village and our own families. That is what being a farmer producer company means to us, just helping one another get through the harvest season each year.
