Shyamlal Farm & Garden

You can find Shyamlal Farm & Garden at 1636 Sector 29, which is inside the Brahamputra Appartment complex. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a garden business, but it works for us. We keep a variety of seeds and some small plants and tools for people who enjoy growing things on their balconies. Sector 29 is a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the city. We definitely like it that way. We spend a lot of our time with dirt under our fingernails and mud on our shoes. It is actually quite nice to watch things grow over the weeks. We do not have a massive warehouse or a big storefront. Just enough space to keep the things we need. People from the apartments often come by just to ask about their potted plants or what they should be planting when the spring comes. We give them what we have in stock. It is honest work and it feels good. Sometimes the plants get very thirsty in the heat and we spend the whole morning just watering everything. The smell of wet earth in the morning is probably the best part of our day. We are not some big chain store. We are just Shyamlal Farm & Garden. We know most of the people who walk past our door. 1636 is our little corner of the world. We don't have any fancy marketing. We just have some seeds and some basic advice if someone asks for it.
