Shineplus Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Hathi Bazar. We are located where Ram Lakhan Maurya lives. Our group is made up of people from the village who have been working the land for a long time. Life here is all about the soil and what we can grow in it. We spend most of our days out in the heat, checking the plants and making sure things are growing like they should. We started this company because dealing with buyers by ourselves was becoming a real pain. By joining up, we can handle the selling together and maybe get a better deal. It is not a polished corporate thing at all. We don’t wear fancy clothes or have a big office. Most days I am just in my old work clothes, just like everyone else around here. Hathi Bazar gets really busy on market days, and that is when we do most of our work. We talk about irrigation, pests, and how expensive diesel has become. It is practical stuff that actually matters to us. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a headache, but we get through it eventually. We aren’t experts in business, just in our own fields. If a neighbor's crop isn't doing well, we try to help them out. It is more of a community thing than a proper company. We have known each other for years and we just want to make a living.
