Shahi Dairy & Paneer Shop

We run Shahi Dairy & Paneer Shop on Street 5 in Sector 66. It’s right in Mamura, near the Old Shiv Mandir and just across from the government school. It’s a lively spot with kids running around and people going to the temple. We open up early every morning to get the fresh milk and paneer ready. Selling dairy is a seven-day-a-week job. There are no holidays when you have fresh milk to handle. Our shop is small and simple. We don't have fancy fridges or neon signs. People just know we are here because of the location. We’ve been part of the Mamura community for a long time. It feels like everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings when people are heading home. We just keep serving customers as they come. We make the paneer ourselves, so it’s always fresh. It’s a lot of hard work and lifting heavy milk cans. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working behind the counter. We don't spend money on advertising. The shop stays busy enough just by being where it is. We like being near the school and the temple. It’s a good place to be.
