You can find us over at Madhu Devi’s place in Bhairampur. That’s in the Haidergarh area of Barabanki. Sdsp Farmer Producer Company Limited is just a small group of us who work the land around here. We decided to register as a company a while back to help with the farming side of things. It’s not like we have a big corporate building. Most of our work happens right out in the dirt and the sun. We are just ordinary people who grew up in these villages. We deal with all the usual stuff like pests, weather, and trying to get the crops to grow right. Having this company helps us get the things we need, like fertilizer or better seeds, without having to travel too far or pay too much. We aren't professional writers or anything, so we don't have much to say in a fancy way. We just keep our records at Madhu’s house and meet up when we need to decide something important. Barabanki is a good place for farming, but it takes a lot of effort every single day. We don't have weekends off or anything like that. If the plants need water, we go out. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We just want to keep things running smooth for the families involved in our little group. Sometimes things get difficult, but we always find a way to manage somehow.
