This area of Noida is very industrial and there’s always something being built or moved around. We work with technical machines and balancing equipment here. Our shop floor is usually filled with heavy gear and tools that we use every day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice shoes because of the metal shavings and oil. We don’t have a lot of extra space for fancy things because the machines take up most of the room. The office part is just a small corner where we handle the scheduling and the paperwork. It gets pretty noisy when everything is running but we’ve all gotten used to the sound of the shop. The guys working here have been at it for a long time so we know exactly how to handle the equipment we have. We don’t use any corporate talk or have big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the technical work required for the day, and make sure everything is balanced right. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and we like the hands-on nature of the work.
