Our workshop is located at C-1 in the Phii Extention, which is part of the Hosiery Complex in Gautam Bugh Nagar. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you are in the industrial area, it is not too hard to find. At S L Precision Mould Pvt Ltd, we work with metal and moulds all day long. The air usually feels a bit heavy and it smells like oil and burnt metal. This is not a clean, white-glove kind of job. We are often covered in dust or grease from the machines we use to make the precision parts. The Hosiery Complex is a busy place with a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our space is filled with heavy machinery and blocks of steel that we turn into moulds. It takes a lot of patience to get things right, and we spend hours checking measurements and making small adjustments. There is always some noise from the grinders or the lathes. We have a small area where we keep our logs and drawings, but most of the time is spent out on the floor. It is a tough environment but we have gotten used to the heat and the constant sound of work. We aren't here to look pretty; we are here to make sure the moulds are done properly.
