Rtaa Agriculture Private Limited

Rtaa Agriculture Private Limited is a bit different because we are located in an apartment building in Noida. We are in Tower 22 of the Lotus Boulevard Apartments in Sector 100. It’s a big complex with lots of people. Even though we are in a modern flat, our focus is still very much on agriculture. It’s a bit of a ride up to the 8th floor, but the view of the city is alright. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer dealing with the agricultural side of things. Noida is a fast city, but we try to keep a bit of that grounded feeling in how we work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us in the office most days. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We deal with a lot of coordination and planning from here. It’s not like being out in the field, but it’s necessary work to keep things moving. Sometimes it feels a bit strange to talk about farming while looking out at all the traffic and buildings in Gautam Buddha Nagar. But we make it work. We are just a small private company trying to find our place in the industry. We don't have a lobby with a sign, just our door in the hallway. It’s practical for us to be here for now. We just do our tasks and try to keep everything moving along. It's just how we do it.
