Rhyza Agroponics Private Limited

Rhyza Agroponics Private Limited is situated over at B-170, Block I, Phase III in Sector 82 of Noida. It’s a bit of a specific address, tucked inside the KV II area. We’ve been working on this agroponics thing for a while now. It’s different from traditional farming because we don’t use as much soil, and we’re doing it right here in the middle of the city. Noida is mostly buildings, paved roads, and offices, so doing any kind of agriculture here is a bit of a challenge. Our setup isn't huge, but we make it work in the space we have available. The team consists of a few people who are really into how plants grow and how to make them healthier. We spend a lot of time checking on the water systems and making sure the nutrients are just right. Sometimes the power goes out or a pump breaks in the middle of the night, and we have to scramble to fix it so the plants don’t suffer. It’s not a 9-to-5 job; the plants don't care what time it is or if it's a weekend. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels and managers. We’re just a small private company trying to grow things in a smarter way in Gautam Buddha Nagar. People around here sometimes ask what we're doing with all those pipes and lights when they walk past. We just tell them we're growing food in a new way. It’s a lot of trial and error.
