Our place is located right on the main Vasant Kunj Road in Mahipal Pur. If you know the area, you know how hectic the traffic can get out there. We’ve been operating out of number 84 for a good stretch of time. The building is pretty standard for this part of Delhi, and we use most of the space for handling all the packaging materials. It’s a lot of boxes and insulation stuff moving in and out all day long. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the road, but we manage to make it work. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of orders and making sure the stacks don’t fall over. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because we’re usually too busy in the back. It’s a bit dusty, especially when the wind kicks up from the main road, but we've gotten used to it. The staff here is a mix of people who’ve been with us forever and some newer faces. We mostly talk about the work at hand and maybe the cricket scores if there’s a match on. It’s a practical setup, nothing too pretty to look at, but it serves the purpose. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come in. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of the city. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps us on our toes.
