This area has been our whole world for as long as we can remember. We started this because we realized that one farmer alone doesn't have much of a voice. So, we gathered a few people from around Kherwa and started this company. It sounds official on paper, but in reality, it is just us trying to get a fair shake for our produce. Hardoi can be a tough place to farm sometimes, but we know the tricks of the trade. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet up. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We are usually in our work clothes because there is always something to do in the fields. The name Rajesh Yadav is part of our identity here, and we take that seriously. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Every season brings its own set of problems, like pests or late rains, and we try to solve them as they come. It’s just a local group doing local work, plain and simple. We are just trying to make a living off the land our families have farmed for a long time.
