Columbus Marbles House

The shop is called Columbus Marbles House. We are located on Baroula Main Dadri Road in Sector-49, right near the police station. If you are looking for stone or marble, this is where we keep everything. We have stacks of slabs all over the place. It is a bit heavy and messy work, to be honest. There is always white dust on everything, including our shoes and the desk. We spend most of our time moving things around and showing people the different patterns in the stone. Every piece looks a bit different, which is the interesting part of the job. We are not decorators, we just supply the material to whoever needs it. People come in with measurements on scraps of paper, and we try to find what fits their budget. It is a straightforward business. We have been at this location for a while now. The road outside is always busy with trucks and bikes. Sometimes it is hard to hear each other over the noise. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights and air conditioning. It is just a yard and a small office. We know which marbles are sturdy and which ones are just for looks. We tell people the truth about what they are buying. If a slab has a small crack, we point it out. It is better that way for everyone. We are just local people selling stone to neighbors and builders who need it for their houses.
