Pratibimb Kisan Producer Company Limited is located at H.No. 402K, Bramhpuri Colony, in the Kajrahwa Pokhra area. We are right in the middle of a residential spot, which makes us very accessible to the local farmers who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate sign or a reception desk. It’s just a house where we handle the business of the producer company. We focus on the kisan, the farmers, and how we can get our goods to the market together. The colony is usually quiet, but we have people dropping by throughout the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our ledgers. It is a bit of a scramble sometimes to keep everything straight. We started this because we realized that as individuals, we weren't getting very far. Now we try to coordinate our planting and harvesting. It’s not a perfect system and we make mistakes. Sometimes we forget to call someone or a meeting gets rained out. We don't try to act like we are better than any other local group. We are just trying to make a living and keep our farms going. It’s practical work and we don't have time for fancy marketing or slogans. We just stay focused on the day-to-day tasks that keep the company running for everyone involved.
