Prabhat Zarda Factory (India) Pvt Ltd

Our factory, Prabhat Zarda Factory (India) Pvt Ltd, is located at E-60-64 in Gautam Budh Nagar, specifically in Sector-8. It is a large building and you can usually smell the tobacco from quite a distance away. We have been working in this location for decades, and some of the equipment is almost as old as the building itself. It is a busy place with a lot of movement, as we have people constantly loading and unloading crates. The atmosphere inside is very practical. We don't have any fancy offices or soft carpets; it's all concrete floors and functional desks. Most of the workers here have been with us for a very long time, so it feels like a familiar routine every morning when the whistle blows. Sector-8 is a crowded industrial area, so finding a place to park can be a real nightmare if you show up late. We have an old clock on the wall that doesn't always show the right time, but we all know when it’s time for tea or to go home. We don't really care about being corporate or looking polished. Our focus is just on the daily production and making sure the bags are filled correctly before they go out on the trucks. It’s hard work and the air can get a bit heavy sometimes, but we are used to the rhythm of the factory life and the people we work with every day.
