Mool Avastha Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is based in a village called Masoighorawal. It’s located near the post office in Shahganj, which is in the Sonbhadra district. Manish Kumar is the guy who handles the day-to-day operations for us. We are just a group of farmers from around the Masoe area. We decided to call ourselves Mool Avastha because it felt like a good name for what we do. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. It’s just a simple room with some old furniture where we keep our files. Sonbhadra can be a tough place to farm because the weather is unpredictable. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so you won't always find us at the desk. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing plans. Our goal is just to help each other get the crops to market and maybe save some money on supplies. It’s all very local and down-to-earth. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just talk to each other and decide what needs to be done for the next harvest. It’s a lot of manual labor and long days under the sun. We are used to it, though. Manish is a local person, and most people in the village know where to find him. We are just trying to run a straightforward business and keep our farms going. It’s a quiet life, but we like it that way.
