MASTER GRATINGS PVT LTD

Master Gratings is based out of D-312 in Sector 63. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and stuff being loaded. We make steel gratings and floor panels here. It’s heavy work. Most of the time, the guys are busy welding or cutting large sheets of metal to size. The shop floor is big and open because we need the room to move the finished pieces. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the grinders are going. We’ve been in this unit for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but the work stays the same. People need strong floors for factories and walkways, and that’s what we provide. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just look at the specs, cut the steel, and get it ready for pickup. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to stay late to finish a batch. It’s a bit messy with the metal scraps and the dust, but that’s just how manufacturing goes. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the invoices and the tea kettle. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, probably moving something with the crane. We just focus on making sure the gratings are solid and the measurements are what the customer asked for. It’s straightforward, honest work that keeps us busy every day throughout the whole year.
