Noida is a fast-paced place, and being in a high-rise building like this feels quite different from the actual farms we deal with. However, this is where we keep our records and manage the daily operations of our LLP. Gautam Buddha Nagar has changed a lot lately, and we’re part of that change, working on the agricultural side from our office in the tower. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It’s just us in the flat, working through the paperwork and making calls. Uttar Pradesh is a huge state with so much farming potential, and we try to do our part from this location. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the ground. Sometimes it feels a bit disconnected being up in a tower, but it helps us stay organized. We don't go in for marketing or promotional stuff. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a quiet place to work, usually, unless there’s construction nearby. We just keep our business simple and straightforward, making sure the agrifarms we manage are heading in the right direction. It's just how we run things here.
