We've been working out of Paraspurfaridpur for a while now, specifically over at Pancham V-Rajau. It’s a quiet place, mostly just fields and local folks doing their daily work. Our group, Kissan Sanjeevine Farmers Producer Company Limited, started because a few of us nearby wanted to get organized. Farming around here is hard work and sometimes it feels like you're doing it all on your own. We figured if we put our names together, things might go a bit smoother when it comes to getting what we need for the crops. There isn't much to the office, just a spot to meet and talk about the season. We don't have fancy equipment or a big staff. It's mostly just us neighbors. We handle the paperwork and try to figure out the best way to move our produce without getting lost in the shuffle. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, but we keep at it. Most days you'll find someone around the address if you need to ask a question. We don't do big ads or anything like that. People around Rajau know where we are. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure everyone has a fair shake at the market. It’s simple, really. We grew up here, we know the soil, and we just want to keep things moving for the families involved in the company. We just do the work and hope for the best every year.
