We just focus on the crops and making sure people get what they need. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it at all. Being in Lalitpur, we have our own set of challenges with the land, but we make do. It is practical work for practical people. We don’t really have a big staff, just some folks who know the business and the land. We are here every day, just keeping the wheels turning for the group without much trouble.
