Jai Mata Wood Works

Our workshop is located at Shop No 32 in C Block, over in Gautam Budh Nagar Sector 9. Being right near the Bank of India makes it pretty easy for people to find where we are. Usually, the first thing you notice when you get close is the smell of cut wood and maybe some polish. We spend most of our time here covered in a bit of sawdust because there is always something being cut or sanded down. Jai Mata Wood Works has been in this spot for a while now. The space is filled with planks and different types of timber leaned up against the walls. We have a few heavy machines that make a lot of noise during the day. It is a busy street so there is always traffic passing by while we work. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with finished pieces waiting to be picked up. We don't use fancy computers for our designs, mostly just pencils and paper on the workbench. It is honest work and the days go by fast when we have a lot of orders to get through. Most people in Sector 9 know us by now. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on. We often have to sweep the front area a few times a day just to keep the dust from blowing into the street.
