We started Ishaanputra Farmer Producer Company Limited right here in Ghazipur because there was a need for it. You can find us over at Deonath Chaura where Rama Singh stays. It is a quiet spot but the work is always moving. Most of us here grew up in these fields and it made sense to finally get organized as a group. We are not some big office in a city, just local farmers trying to figure out how to get our stuff to market better. The 233310 area has good land and we want to keep it that way for the next generation. Sometimes it gets stressful when the rains don't come or when the logistics get messy, but that is just how life is on a farm. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and equipment over tea. It is not fancy here at all. We just wanted a name that felt like home and Ishaanputra sounded right for us. There is always someone coming by the office to ask about something or to check on the latest paperwork. We help each other out with the heavy lifting and sharing what we know. It is a slow process building something like this from the ground up, but we are doing it step by step. Ghazipur is a place where people know their neighbors and that is how we run things too. No complicated talk, just honest work every day.
