Our spot is in Naraidakhwapur, which is part of the Pratapgarh district. We operate out of Mohd Afsar's place. It is a local setup where we try to get things done for the farms in this area. Farming around here isn't always easy, especially when the rain doesn't show up when it should. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are just a bunch of neighbors trying to figure out the best way to grow and sell what we have. There isn't any big corporate headquarters here. It is just the village and the fields. We spend most of our time talking about seeds, dirt, and how to get the crops to the market. Some of us have been doing this since we were kids, following what our fathers did. We decided to put a name on it so we could work as a group. It makes the paperwork a bit more, but it helps when we need to buy things for the farm. Pratapgarh is known for certain crops, and we stick to what grows well in this soil. It’s dusty and loud sometimes when the tractors are moving, but it is home for us. We don’t really have a big staff, just the folks from around Naraidakhwapur who have a stake in the land. We keep the gates open and just keep working through the seasons as they change. Every year brings something new, but the work stays mostly the same.
