Our company, Heat Shrink Packaging Pvt Ltd, is based in Mayur Vihar Phase I. We are right across from Kavita Palace, which most people around here know. Our work is mainly about packaging materials. Specifically, we deal with heat shrink films and the machines that go with them. The warehouse is usually stacked high with rolls of plastic and boxes. It’s a practical environment. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. The office is just a small corner of the building where we keep the papers. It’s not a fancy setup, but it gets the job done for the businesses that buy from us. We have a few guys working the floor and a couple of us handling the phones. It gets hot in the summer with the machines running, but that’s part of it. We don’t do much in the way of marketing. Most of our customers have been with us for a long time. They know where we are and what we have in stock. We just focus on keeping the inventory right and making sure the rolls are cut to the right size. It’s a simple business model. We’re just a local supplier trying to keep things moving in this part of Mayur Vihar. We don't complicate things, we just pack and move the stock out.
