Guru Vashishtha Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are a group of women farmers based out of Hathiya Gadhsaughat in Basti. Our office is located at Ram Kesh Chaudhary’s place. It isn't a big glass building or anything, just a simple spot where we meet to talk about the crops and how to manage the harvest better. Most of us here have spent our whole lives in these fields. We started Guru Vashishtha Mahila because doing things together makes more sense than trying to handle everything alone. The work is hard, especially when the rain doesn't come on time or the market prices drop, but we keep going. We handle things like seeds, fertilizers, and selling what we grow. It’s mostly about helping each other out. Some days are just spent sitting around a table drinking tea and figuring out which tractor we can borrow. We don’t have fancy marketing teams or glossy brochures. We just know the soil and what grows well in this part of Basti. If you come by the address in 272301, you’ll probably see a few of us sorting through bags or checking some paperwork. It is a bit messy sometimes, and we might be busy with the cows or the kitchen, but someone is usually around. We are just local people trying to make a living from the land we’ve always known. There is no secret formula here, just regular farming work done by people who live right in the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of rules, just that everyone does their fair share and helps when someone else is falling behind.
