Freshroutes Farm Produce Private Limited

We’re located on the ground floor of Amrapali Sapphire in Sector 45, Noida. It’s a bit different being in a residential area, but it works for our office needs. Freshroutes Farm Produce Private Limited is where we handle all the logistics and the back-end stuff for our farm work. While the actual growing happens further out, this is where the planning and the phone calls take place. It’s a small space, usually filled with stacks of crates and people coming in and out to check on orders. Being in Noida means we are close to the markets, which helps us move things quickly. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, which is a change from being out in the sun, but it’s necessary to keep things moving. We have a few delivery vans that we manage from here. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a big shipment is coming through, but we make it work. We aren't some big high-rise corporate team. We’re just a small group trying to bridge the gap between the farms and the city kitchens. There’s always something going on, whether it’s a delay on the highway or a last-minute order that needs to be filled. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things running without any big fuss. It’s a busy environment but we like the pace. Most of us have been working together for a long time.
