It is a practical setup because we need to be close to the farmers who travel that road every day. We deal with crop science, which mostly means we look at what helps the plants grow better in this specific soil. Sitapur Road gets really dusty and busy, especially when the tractors are moving. Our office isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose. We spend our hours talking to people about their pests or why their yield was low last season. It’s not glamorous work. There is a lot of lifting bags and checking labels. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available for the local growers here. Sometimes the shipments are late or the heat makes it hard to work in the warehouse, but we stay open. We don't do big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or while they are passing by on their way to the market. We keep our records in simple ledgers and try to keep the costs down for everyone.
