Cummins Sale And Services (I) Ltd.

Our office is over in Sector 18 at Ocean Plaza. We’re on the first floor in room 104. It’s a pretty standard office building, so it’s easy to find once you get into P-5. Cummins Sale And Services (I) Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while. It’s mostly people on phones and computers handling orders and service requests. We don't have any big showroom here, just the administrative side of things. It’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional loud conversation. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for parts, others need a technician sent out. We just try to keep the records straight. Sector 18 is a busy area, so finding parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Once you’re inside, it’s just us working through the daily list. We don't have a lot of wall decorations or fancy furniture. It’s a place for work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just provide the sales and service support that’s needed. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the routine by heart. We get the job done and try not to make things more complicated than they have to be. It’s a simple setup for a busy company.
