Cropus Vermicompost India Llp

Our setup is out at Kh No. 2414 and 2412 in Gram Shahpur Bamhetta. If you know the area, it is not too hard to find us. We are Cropus Vermicompost India Llp. Basically, we spend our time dealing with worms and organic waste to make compost for the fields. It is not the cleanest job in the world, and your hands usually end up dirty by the end of the morning. There are big pits where the actual process happens. We spend a lot of time checking the moisture levels because if it gets too dry, the worms do not do their job well. Shahpur Bamhetta is a decent place to work from. It is away from the main city noise, which is good for this kind of thing. The weather really affects what we do every day. When it rains too much, we have to scramble to cover everything up so it doesn't get soaked. When it is too hot, we are out there with the hose trying to keep things cool. It is just a few of us running the show here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have our workspace and a small area to keep the tools. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask questions about their own gardens or crops. We try to keep things organized but with compost, there is always a bit of a mess somewhere. It is honest work and it keeps us moving.
