Cass Seeds & Crop Sciences Private Limited is based on Gurudwara Road in Surajpur. We are right across from where the old Moserbear plant is. It is a well-known spot in the New Colony area. We work on seeds and crop science, but we do not act like a big research lab. Our place is more like a workshop where we get things done. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and talking to people about their fields and crops. The road outside can get pretty crowded with trucks and people going to the Gurudwara. We have a small office and some space for our equipment. We are not about big speeches or fancy logos. We just focus on the science of the seeds and how to make them better for the growers. Our staff is local, and we all live nearby. We know the soil around here and what grows best in this climate. Sometimes we stay late to finish testing a batch of seeds, and you can hear the evening prayers from the Gurudwara across the way. It is a grounded kind of place to work. We do not have a lot of corporate rules, we just show up and do the job that needs doing. We have been in Surajpur for some time now and most people in the New Colony know who we are. We are just trying to help the community.
