This part of Mahoba is known for being a bit tough for farming sometimes, but we make it work. We are a group of local people who grew up here. We decided to form this company so we could manage our farming work more effectively. It’s not a fancy business with lots of employees. It’s mostly just us farmers helping each other out. We spend a lot of time in Pahariya and the surrounding fields. Our meetings are informal, usually just sitting around and talking about what the fields need. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just focus on the seeds, the water, and the soil. Abhinandan Singh helps keep our records straight. We try to get the best out of the land, even when the season is dry. It's a lot of responsibility, but doing it together makes it a little easier. We aren't looking for fame, just a way to keep our farms running. If you come out to Panwari or Paharia, you’ll find us doing the same work we’ve always done.
