Binahan Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Ballia. We are located in the Binaha Sahatawar area of Bansdih. You can find us at Fhulmati Devi’s place. We are a small group of farmers from this part of Uttar Pradesh. We decided to join up so we could handle our farming work better together. It’s a lot of work running a farm, especially with the way the markets and the weather are these days. We spend most of our time out in the fields around Binaha. We don’t have a fancy office or a lot of staff. It’s just us, the people who actually do the planting and the harvesting. We meet up when we need to decide on things, usually just sitting around and talking it out. It’s a simple life but it's what we know. We’ve all lived around Ballia for most of our lives, so we’re familiar with the land here. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. Farming is hard, sweaty work and sometimes it’s frustrating. But we just keep going because that’s what we do. We don’t have any big corporate goals. We just want to do our work and look after our families. That’s the reality for us every single day. We are just regular farmers doing our best to get things done without making any kind of fuss about it in the village or the fields.
