Agroedge Farm Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located at B-07, Sector-72. It’s a bit different from the big farm groups because it is a one-person company, but it is still very much about the ground and the crops. Being in Sector-72, it feels a bit more like an office setting than a barn, but the work is still dirty and real. I spend most of my time looking at how we can develop farm plots and make them work better. It’s just me running the show for the most part, though I talk to plenty of farmers and laborers every single day. I didn't want to start some giant firm with hundreds of employees. I like being able to look at a piece of land and figure out the best way to use it myself. It is a lot of driving back and forth and checking on different sites. The office at B-07 is where I keep all the maps and the legal papers that come with developing land. It gets a bit lonely sometimes, but it’s also easier to make decisions quickly. I don't use any big words or complicated strategies. I just look at the soil, the water, and the location. People come to me when they want to see a farm actually turn into something useful. It is a slow process, and I don't take shortcuts. It’s just me and the land, trying to make things grow.
