We are located at F-52 in Sector-11, Noida. Aerodry Plastics Automation Pvt Ltd is a place where we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make things move better. The office and the workspace are combined into one industrial unit. It’s not a very pretty building, just a standard block like the others in Sector-11. Inside, we have a mix of computers and heavy machinery. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the automation systems we build. Sometimes the floor is a mess with wires and components while we are testing something. We don't bother cleaning it up until the job is done. The staff here is mostly people who have been with us since the beginning. We eat lunch together and complain about the Noida traffic. It’s a regular job for us. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just build the systems that our clients ask for. People find us because they need specific automation for their plastic work. We sit down with them, look at the requirements, and then go into the workshop to start building. It’s a practical process. We don't try to sound like a big multinational. We are just a local Noida company doing our work day by day. This has worked for us for years and we like it.
