Advance Moulders is based out of W-8 in Sector-11. We have been working from this location for quite some time now, focusing on molding and plastic parts. The facility isn't something out of a magazine; it's a working factory with machines that run for long shifts. You’ll find rows of molds and various bins of raw materials waiting to be processed. The air always has that faint smell of heated plastic, which is something you just get used to after the first few days. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main floor where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the action happens out by the presses. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't used to the rhythm of a factory. We have a small team of operators who watch the cycles and make sure everything is coming out right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it requires a steady eye. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising; most of our work comes from long-standing contracts and people who have known the owners for years. Lunch breaks are staggered so the machines don't have to sit idle for too long. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the molds are kept in good shape for the next run, even when we have to stay late to finish.
