Tentulia Sasan Debasthan College

Tentulia Sasan Debasthan College is out in Bijaya Dhanurjaya Pur Sasan. That is in the Buguda area of Ganjam district in Odisha. It is a quiet place away from the big cities. Many of our students come from the local villages and farming families. They travel quite a distance sometimes to get here. The college building is basic and simple. We don't have a lot of the modern gadgets you see in city colleges. We have classrooms, some benches, and teachers who know their subjects. It’s a very calm atmosphere here. You can see the green fields around us. We focus on the traditional ways of teaching. The students are generally very respectful. They know that getting an education is important for their future. We don't have a big canteen or a sports complex. We have the open ground and the shade of the trees. Life here moves slowly. We follow the university calendar and try to stay on track with the syllabus. Most of the staff live in the nearby towns. We are just a small college trying to serve the rural community. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s meaningful to the people who live here. We are glad to be part of the Ganjam landscape. There isn't much more to say. We just do our best with what we have in our corner of Odisha. It is a peaceful place to study.
