About Royal College Of Pharmacy & Health Sciences – Education in Ganjam
If you're walking or driving down Andhapasara Road in Berhampur, you’ll see our college. We are right here in the Ganjam district of Odisha. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Inside the college, it’s mostly about pharmacy and health studies. We have labs filled with glass jars, scales, and various bits of equipment that the students use for their practicals. The smell of chemicals sometimes lingers in the hallways, but you get used to it after a day or two. The building has a few floors, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so it gets crowded when a class finishes. We have a small library where the books are a bit worn out from so many people borrowing them. The staff room is usually full of half-corrected papers and books. We don't have a huge cafeteria, just a small place to get some tea or a quick bite. Berhampur is a lively town and we are right in the middle of it. The walls have some old health posters and notices about exam dates pinned up everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate looking place, it feels more like a workshop for learning. People come here from all over the district to get their pharmacy diplomas and degrees. We just keep things moving and make sure the labs are stocked up for the next set of students who come through.
