College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences

The College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences is located in Mohuda, which is just outside of Berhampur in Odisha. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a quiet area that’s good for a college. We have the labs and the classrooms all spread out in the building. Since it’s a pharmacy college, you see a lot of students in their white lab coats walking around. They spend a lot of time with their beakers and chemicals, trying to get their experiments right. The smell of the lab is something you just get used to after a while. We have a library that stays pretty quiet most of the time, except right before the big exams. The campus in Mohuda is quite large, so there is plenty of room, but it’s mostly just functional space. We have some basic gardens that the staff tries to keep up with, though the grass gets long sometimes. It’s a professional enough place, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people teaching and learning about medicine and science. The canteen serves the usual tea and snacks which is where most people hang out during their free time. It’s a straightforward college life here. We deal with the power cuts and the heat just like everyone else in Odisha. It’s a lot of hard work for the students, and we just keep the place going for them.
